My Approach & Philosophy

My clients describe me as warm, wise and honest.  As being able to see both deeply into their experience while also able to see the bigger picture that is often so hard for us to see when we are on the "couch."

Utilizing my experience as a client and therapist, I incorporate intuition, interpersonal awareness, somatic, and parts-work strategies to facilitate deeper self-healing. My orientation is predominately attachment-based with a spiritual/transpersonal framework.

Feedback I receive from clients is that they feel safe to be who they are with me no matter how complicated their thoughts and feelings may be. It has been a divisive time for all of us. One of my strengths is helping people to process and reconcile their beliefs so that they can live confidently in their relationships.

My therapy space is a safe and welcoming place for sensitives/empaths across racial, cultural, gender, sexual, and professional identities. I am also knowledgeable in working with gender expansive, LGBTQ+, and consensually non-monogamous individuals. In order to provide a high level of of ethical care, I continue to seek professional training and consultation.

I am an advocate for collaborative bridge building with all people who are willing to show-up authentically from a place of compassionate accountability.

By partnering with you to deepen your understanding of yourself, I will empower you to achieve a sustainable lifestyle that aligns with your values and well-being.

I love helping other helpers including therapists, teachers, individuals active in non-profits, peer-to-peer support groups such as Al-Anon and social organizations that focus on giving back to others. Caretakers, empaths and sensitives have innate qualities that if properly supported can inspire transformational change in the systems they are a part of.

I believe in you and look forward to empowering you believe in yourself too.
