Your Soul is Calling

Are you listening?

To the Caretaker

You are the first one to lend an ear and your heart to your loved ones in need.  You are always the the mediator keeping the peace while hiding your own turmoil.

You care more than anyone else about everyone else – and you are tired

At the same time, you feel selfish and intimidated by the thought of making space for yourself.  You sometimes wonder – If I wasn’t helping or caring – Would I even exist at all?  You are so overwhelmed by the thought of having to make decisions for yourself that you avoid it all together and focus on what you feel most comfortable with – helping others.

It’s okay – you are not alone.

As a sensitive person, this is a common adaptive strategy you have developed to cope with your ability to intuit and feel deeply the needs of others.

The good news is – with some nurturing guidance, you can learn to utilize your strengths to:

    • cultivate your voice in your relationships with others
    • care for yourself with confidence.

If you would like to take that first step – I would love to support you.

To the “Strong One”

Letting down your guard feels impossible.  It’s terrifying to admit that you don’t have it all together when you are the one that everyone relies on. You worry that if you falter for even a moment – it is going to all fall apart and there will be no one to catch you when you fall.

Maybe your life experience has taught you that you can only count on yourself when the chips are down – so you keep even your “closest” friends on the outside.

You fear that if people knew the real you – they wouldn’t really like you at all.  On the inside you are scared and feel like a fraud.  Because you know better than anyone what it’s like to not be able to trust those who are supposed to care for you.

At the same time you’ve been secretly longing for true closeness.

To be seen and accepted all the parts of you – your strengths and your vulnerability

With wise and caring presence – you can learn how to access your vulnerability to:

    • receive the love you’ve always wanted.
    • experience true relational reciprocity

The time is nowthe question is are you ready? If so, I am here for you.

To the Wounded Helper/Healer

Are you a professional helper or healer looking for specialized therapy tailored to your needs?

I work with therapists, social workers, teachers, life/wellness coaches, massage/body-work, community activists, and socially minded individuals dedicated to compassionate systems change.

You were drawn to your profession because you felt deep inside that you had something to offer when it comes to helping.  It was a calling.

But now you are wondering whether you are still cut out for this.  You are tired, overwhelmed, and need a break All the while – you are also craving fun, playfulness and spark in your life.

When you started out – you didn’t realize how much of a toll this would take on your physical, emotional, interpersonal, and spiritual wellbeing.

Perhaps you never had the chance to figure out what you wanted and needed because you grew-up taking care of others around you in order to survive.  In fact, you are still pretty damn good at helping so aren’t sure you want to give that up!

You know in your spirit that you are meant to continue healing work.

With attuned support – you can learn how to heal your own wounding to

    • deepen your relationship with yourself
    • align your passion with your need for growth

If you would like to transform your work while honoring your value – I would be happy to guide you in this journey.
